Boris Lozhkin

First Vice President

Boris Lozhkin has a long history of giving back to the community through his charitable foundation, which focuses on helping children and the elderly, as well as supporting the arts. In 2014, his Foundation joined the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine.

Mr. Lozhkin is one of the first members of the board of trustees of the International Solomon University in Ukraine. In 2014-2016 he was a Head of the Presidential Administration in Ukraine. In 2015, Boris Lozhkin co-chaired the committee for organizing the 75th Anniversary of the Babi Yar tragedy.

In 2018, Mr. Lozhkin was elected as the new President of the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine and appointed Vice President of the World Jewish Congress. He also was appointed as a Vice President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.
