Since 2014 Victor Naishuller has been involved in Hillel Russia through his generous donations as well as through his leadership skills, which helped rise the overall philanthropy level to a new higher standard. He also serves as a Vice President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.

Mr. Naishuller is a highly regarded member of the Moscow Jewish community who is widely respected as a businessman, well known for his professionalism and work ethic.

Victor Naishuller is the founder and president of OMC, the largest Russian company that provides outsourcing services in the field of facility management, food services, and services for remote sites. In 2017 he initiated and co-founded the National Association of Facility Operators (NAFO).
