Aaron G. Frenkel

Chairman of the Board

Aaron G. Frenkel, Chairman of the EAJC Board and Vice President of the WJC, is an Israeli businessman and investor. Since the late 1980s, he has owned Loyd’s Group of Companies, which invests in aviation and aerospace, real estate, energy, and high technology. He also serves as President of Limmud FSU. He was born in 1957 in Bnei Brak.

Married to Maja Ruth Frenkel, with whom he is raising five children.

In the late 1980s, he founded the international investment conglomerate Loyd’s Group of Companies, with operations spanning aviation and aerospace, energy, and real estate globally.

He is a regular attendee of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which convenes Russian and global leaders.

As an international entrepreneur, investor, and representative of leading Western aviation companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, and AgustaWestland in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, Aaron Frenkel, through Loyd’s Group of Companies, has facilitated and continues to execute numerous joint ventures to supply and modernize advanced civil aviation equipment and technologies in these countries. He actively initiates cooperative projects between Russia and Western nations.
