A prominent entrepreneur and one of the largest investors in the Moldovan food industry, Alexander Bilinkis was elected Vice President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress at an extraordinary session of the General Assembly in 2017.

Mr. Bilinkis serves as President of the Jewish Community of the Republic of Moldova and is a member of the Executive Council of the European Jewish Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering European Jewry and promoting tolerance and mutual respect across Europe. Furthermore, he serves as the Honorary Consul of the United Mexican States to the Republic of Moldova.

Mr. Bilinkis is actively engaged in philanthropic and sponsorship endeavors, supporting initiatives aimed at preserving the cultural heritage of the Jewish community in Moldova.

Alexander Bilinkis is the founder and President of the Development Group holding, as well as co-owner and Chairman of the Board of JSC "Orhei-Vit", JSC "Dionysos Mereni", and "Moldpresa Grup" SRL.
