Boris Lozhkin has a long history of philanthropic work, carried out through the charitable foundation he established. In 2014, the foundation joined the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine.

Mr. Lozhkin is among the founding members of the board of trustees of the International Solomon University in Ukraine. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine. In 2015, Boris Lozhkin was appointed co-chair of the organizing committee for the 75th anniversary commemoration of the Babi Yar tragedy.

In 2018, Mr. Lozhkin was elected President of the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine. He was also designated as Vice President of the World Jewish Congress and Vice President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.
