Deputy Director General of the EAJC, EAJC Treasurer and Chief of Staff to the EAJC President.

He immigrated to Israel in 1997. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Bushuev served in Egoz, an elite unit within the IDF's Golani Brigade.

Since 2013, Mr. Bushuev has served as Chief of Staff to Mr. Mikhail Mirilashvili, President of the EAJC and Vice President of the World Jewish Congress. Since 2014, he has also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at BIEnergy.

In 2017, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University of Israel.
