According to the teachings of the last Lubavitcher Rebbe, instructing the non-Jewish world in the Seven Laws of Noah constitutes one of the paramount duties of the Jewish people. In one of his epistles, the Rebbe stated: "Chassidism contains teachings intended not only for Jews, but also for non-Jews. The Seven Laws of Noah are presented in Chassidic philosophy in an original and lucid manner, shedding new light on numerous facets of these commandments..."

Given that the contemporary religious revival is predominantly spiritual in nature, we believe the time has come to compile a dedicated volume on the Noahide Covenant. It would have been difficult to find a more qualified author for this task than Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh, a preeminent authority on the mystical and spiritual traditions of Judaism. This expertise has enabled him to produce a work that illuminates the inner dimensions of the Seven Laws of Noah, analyzing them from perspectives unforeseen by the layperson. It must be acknowledged that no such scholarly work has previously existed, and we hope this volume will provide a renewed impetus for the further development of the Bnei Noah movement.
