The EAJC supports the Kfar Zoharim rehabilitation center for troubled youth.

The Migdal Ohr educational network, operating under the auspices of the non-profit organization of the same name, was founded approximately 50 years ago by Rabbi Yitzhak David Grossman, Chief Rabbi of Migdal HaEmek and member of the Chief Rabbinate Council. Today, it encompasses dozens of daycare centers, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, studios, seminaries, as well as vocational and academic institutions.

In 2011, Rabbi Grossman reorganized the Kfar Zoharim therapeutic center in the south of the country, transforming it into an educational institution for at-risk youth aged 14 to 18 from ultra-Orthodox backgrounds. The center has provided shelter to hundreds of runaway teenagers facing severe social difficulties and often residing on the verge of delinquency, offering them rehabilitation, secondary education, and integration into Israeli society. Over 90% of the institution's graduates enlist in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), with many serving in combat units.

At the initiative of Chairman of the Board Aaron G. Frenkel, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress extended its support to the organization, which addresses a critical social need. The EAJC systematically supports various social initiatives aimed at providing assistance to vulnerable and underprivileged populations, both within the Diaspora and in Israel.
