The EAJC welcomes the annual Taglit mega-event

On July 31, approximately 3,500 young people from 14 countries, alongside sponsors and friends of the Taglit educational initiative, gathered at the Caesarea Amphitheater to mark the conclusion of the past year.

This group represents only a small fraction of the 32,000 program participants from 68 nations who visited Israel over the last year to connect with their Jewish roots and experience the country firsthand.

"We are pleased that, through the efforts of the EAJC, young people from the Euro-Asian region, spanning from the Balkans to Japan, are granted the unique opportunity to visit Israel free of charge, discover the rich history and culture of their people, and build lasting friendships with their Israeli peers," stated Dr. Haim Ben Yakov, Director General of the EAJC.
