The EAJC leadership convened via videoconference

The General Assembly of the EAJC, the general meeting of the leaders of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress, was conducted via videoconference. Participants included EAJC President Michael Mirilashvili, EAJC Chairman of the Board Aaron Frenkel, EAJC Vice Presidents, and heads of Jewish communities across the Euro-Asian region.

The participants approved the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress's work plan and budget for 2020, as presented by EAJC Director General Dr. Haim Ben-Yakov.

EAJC President Dr. Michael Mirilashvili extended his wishes for good health to all leaders and members of the Jewish communities in the Euro-Asian region. He urged adherence to the directives of the Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities, emphasized the solidarity of the Jewish people during these challenging times, and expressed confidence in a swift return to normal life and operations.

Videoconference meetings of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress leadership will henceforth be held on a regular basis.
