The Future of Jewish Life
in the Euro-Asian Region

The EAJC extends its congratulations on Rosh Hashanah!

News

Dear Friends,

On behalf of all of us, congratulations on the arrival of the new year 5780!

According to Jewish tradition, Rosh Hashanah is not only the day of the creation of the world and the beginning of the new year. Each year on this day, the Almighty judges individuals, nations, and countries for their deeds, determining what the coming year will bring for every person and for the entire world.

We at the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress hope that in the coming year, Jewish communities worldwide will continue to support the State of Israel, just as Israel will always stand by the Jewish people globally. We are a single nation, forged through centuries of extraordinary trials, and together we are capable of great achievements.

In the coming year, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress will continue to foster the development and prosperity of Jewish communities across the Euro-Asian region, ensuring that all Jewish people can celebrate their holidays without fear and preserve their roots and traditions. We call upon you to join us in pursuing these objectives in the year ahead.

On Rosh Hashanah, we gather around the festive table with our closest family and friends to wish one another happiness.

May the coming year bring goodness and prosperity to you and your families. We wish you Shana Tova U'Metuka – a good and sweet year. Shana Tova!
