EAJC extends its deepest condolences to the Druze community of Majdal Shams

The President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress, Mikhael Mirilashvili, expresses his deepest condolences following the tragic deaths of 12 teenagers in a Hezbollah rocket attack on Majdal Shams on July 27. We are deeply shocked by this horrific event and share the grief and pain of the local community.

The Druze community has always been an integral part and a unique gem within the rich ethno-cultural fabric of the State of Israel. The dedication and contribution of the Druze to all spheres of life in Israel are truly invaluable and serve as an exemplary model.
