The Moscow Non/Fiction Book Fair hosted the presentation of collection volumes of Chaim Nachman Bialik's poetry

The Babel Bookshop Publishing House (Tel Aviv) presented the reissue of Hayim Nahman Bialik's famous collection of poems "Songs and Poems", translated by Vladimir Jabotinsky, at the International Fair for High-Quality Fiction and Non-Fiction in Moscow. The volume was published with the support of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress as part of the special EAJC Library project. This project is dedicated to the publication and support of unique works within the Jewish library collection.

Hayim Nahman Bialik is an outstanding Jewish poet and a classic of Israeli literature. While Valery Bryusov, Fyodor Sologub, Vyacheslav Ivanov, and others translated his works into Russian, the most prominent translations belong to Vladimir Ze'ev Jabotinsky, another key figure of early 20th-century Jewish literature. The compilation also features one of Bialik's most renowned poems, "The City of Slaughter", written in the aftermath of the 1903 Kishinev pogrom.
