The EAJC President has extended his congratulations to the President and Prime Minister of Georgia on the occasion of Independence Day

The President of the EAJC, Dr. Michael Mirilashvili, has extended his congratulations to the President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili, and the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Georgia.

The congratulatory letter addressed to the President of Georgia states in particular: 

“Dear Madam President, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the Independence Day of Georgia, alongside my wishes for the prosperity of my homeland and the well-being of its distinguished people.

Recently in Israel, you were honored for your efforts in strengthening Israeli-Georgian relations and for your resolute fight against antisemitism. Your remarks regarding the critical importance of memory in preventing the repetition of a tragic past resonated with many Israelis.

Your warm regard for the State of Israel and the Jewish community of Georgia holds immense significance for the leadership of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress. Permit me to assure you that you may always rely upon our sincere friendship and comprehensive cooperation.”
