A Jewish school has opened in Tbilisi with the support of the EAJC

A delegation of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress attended the opening ceremony of a new Jewish school in Tbilisi, the construction of which was funded with the financial support of the EAJC.

The Euro-Asian Jewish Congress contributed the majority of the project's total cost of $2.2 million.

The complex, spanning over 3,700 square meters, was inaugurated on May 2, and will begin serving the diverse educational needs of the Jewish community's approximately 260 students this September.

Currently, approximately 4,000 Jewish people reside in Georgia. This school is set to become a vital symbol of the Jewish future in the country.
