A Russian-Jewish camp was held in Berlin with the support of the EAJC

Dozens of Jewish refugees from Ukraine participated in the inaugural Russian-speaking Jewish youth Passover camp in Berlin, organized under the auspices of the Ukrainian Shiurei Torah Lubavitch Foundation. The seminar, which took place in April, was hosted under the patronage of Berlin's Chief Rabbi Yehuda Teichtal and Rebbetzin Leah Teichtal, with the support of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC). The festive program included excursions around the German capital, Torah lessons led by rabbis, a night of scripture study, synagogue visits, holiday meals, traditional Farbrengen gatherings, and other activities.

According to the organizers, the event aimed to support the Jewish community of Ukraine amidst the ongoing armed conflict in the country. Numerous schoolchildren and university students from the Jewish community have been displaced and are currently scattered across Europe. Many of them lack the opportunity to maintain their Jewish way of life and continue their educational pursuits.

The Euro-Asian Jewish Congress actively supports the Ukrainian Jewish community and facilitates its development. On May 12, the Research Center for the History of Ukrainian Jewry at Tel Aviv University held its inaugural academic conference. The event was organized by the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine (JCU) in partnership with the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC). The conference convened prominent Israeli scholars and Jewish community leaders. Additionally, EAJC Vice President Boris Lozhkin established a volunteer coordination center in Austria to assist Ukrainian refugees. The volunteers operate in close cooperation with the Austrian Jewish community. Furthermore, the EAJC supports the program of the Jewish Community of Moldova aimed at providing aid to refugees.
